O R D E R
This petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in S.T.C.No.912 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.
2.It is a dispute between brothers. The connected matters have been compromised in Crl.OP.No.15428 of 2017 and 19291 of 2017 before the Principal Seat at Madras in respect of STC.No.1108 of 2016 and C.C.No.22 of 2017. Based upon the above said compromise, now, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that this matter can also be disposed of. To that effect they have also filed joint affidavit before this Court.
3. In view of the above, the proceedings in S.T.C.No.912 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
