ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9,35(i) a, b, 39(3), 49(A), (a)(b) and 50, 51 Wild Life Protection Act, in W.L.O.R.No.12 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that on 12.10.2018, when the respondent police conducted a raid along with their party, the petitioner was found in possession of 100 kilograms of sea cucumbers in their boat, for which, the accused Nos.1 to 3 were arrested and were taken into judicial custody.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is involving two other cases which are similar nature. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
