2.The petitioner's land was acquired under the National Highways Act. The petitioner was given compensation. Seeking enhancement, he moved the respondents. As per the statutory scheme, the respondent has to pass award within one year. More than seven months have passed away. The respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's appeal petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
