[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] The learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.01.2019, the respondents 4 and 5 and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur conducted joint inspection and filed a report, stating that there are no such illegal activities undertaken by the respondents 6 to 8 as alleged by the petitioner. 2.The said submission made by the learned Government Pleader is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, by recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent / District Collector to take necessary action, if there is any illegal sand mining taken place in the place in question.
