3.K.K.Natrayan 4.N.Padma : Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to not to interfere in civil disputes in pertaining to Natham House site Patta No.347, Old Survey No.489/4, New Survey No.1034/14 in Poomparai Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to not to interfere in civil disputes in 1/3

pertaining to Natham House site Patta No.347, Old Survey No.489/4, New Survey No.1034/14 in Poomparai Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.489/4, New Survey No.1034/14 in Poomparai Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District . Therefore, the first and second respondents have no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein. As such, the first and second respondents are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein except any crime committed by the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
