ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 447, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.646 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier application that was filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10890 of 2022, dated 20.06.2022, noting that the petitioner is a History Sheeted person and having two previous cases. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, the above said petition was dismissed. 3.Though it was submitted that the previous cases have been disposed of, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that now one case is pending against the petitioner. There is no change of circumstances.

CRL OP(MD). No.19194 of 2022 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is a habitual offender and there is no change of circumstances,accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
