The petitioner has instructed his counsel to withdraw the Writ Petition and the petitioner has given a letter dated 09.04.2022. Based on the letter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 19.04.2022 seeking permission to withdraw. The permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
