This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.360 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the injured had been discharged from the hospital and the Petitioner has no previous case. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with the following conditions:- i) The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the 2/4

date of uploading the copy of this order in the official web-site of this Court.
