PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to provide Police Protection to the petitioner and 1/5

her family members from the Respondent No.4 & 5 and their family members by considering her representation dated 21.07.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.K.Arunraj For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.SS.Madhavan, Government Advocate [Crl. Side] O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to provide police protection to the petitioner, basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2023.

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a widow and owner of immovable property in Survey No.322/18B situated in Nagaiyanallur Revenue Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District. It is further submitted that the unofficial respondent Nos.4 and 5 who have no right or concern are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner and obstruct the petitioner from entering her own land, thereby, sought for police protection. 2/5

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2023 was registered as C.S.R.No.144 of 2023 and after completion of the enquiry, the police had closed the said C.S.R, advising the parties to approach the Civil Court to resolve the issue.
