ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner is directed to appear before the fourth respondent and submit a fresh copy of the complaint. The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the same and take action as per law. It shall be concluded within a period of four weeks from the petitioner's fresh complaint. If the fourth respondent comes to the conclusion that cognizable offence is made out, an FIR shall be registered and take action as per law.
3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
