Challenging the order of suspension dated 08.01.2016, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pending writ petition, enquiry was conducted and the petitioner was removed from service on 05.01.2017. He further submitted that challenging the said removal order, no writ petition is preferred by the petitioner.
