This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to appoint the petitioner on regular basis as Management Trainee (Marketing), pursuant to the Notification, dated 9.2.2015 and the call letter for interview, dated 22.04.2015, with all attendant and monetary benefits including seniority.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition was already rejected by the respondent, on 07.03.2009.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
