ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of the NDPS Act in Crime No.272 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the petitioner is also said to have travelled in an auto rickshaw, from which, 107 kilograms of ganja were recovered, and considering the fact that the there is a CCTV footage for the auto rickshaw taking an U-turn and coming out from the scene, and considering the fact that the CDR particulars of this petitioner shows contact with the other accused, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
