Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to his proceedings No.D1/RP7/2021 (L.Ref) dated 12.10.2021 and quash the same and direct the first and third respondents to Suo-Motu quash the proceedings leading to the notification published under Section 18(1) of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of ceiling on land) Act,1961 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 19.03.1975 declaring an extent of 1492.94 acres as surplus lands from the holding of the petitioner Trust and pass such order or orders as this Court may deem fit and thus render justice.
