This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to grant approval or sanctioning lay-out if any submitted by the fourth respondent for converting, sub-dividing or utilizing the land or any portion or portions of the agriculture Nanja land situate in S.F.No.30/6 acres 1.08 cents (0.44.0 hectares) at Pudukkudi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. 2.Today(16.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has been evicted from the subject matter of the 2/4

property and suit has also been filed in O.S.No.222 of 2018 before the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
