ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to add the petitioner as a life membership of the Bar in the Tirunelveli District Bar Association, Tirunelveli.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already received a form from the second respondent/Tirunelveli Bar Association. 2/5

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner will be admitted as a member by completing the formalities.

4.In view of the fact that the issues have already been settled between the parties, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition. It is needless to state that the goodwill and brotherhood among the lawyers must always prevail.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
