O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for early completion of investigation and filing of final report in Crime No.197/2023, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 294(b), 506(i) & 379 of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Harassment of Women Act.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready and requested one week time to submit the charge sheet before the trial Court.
