ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No. 2498 of 2020 on the file of the S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' on 31.12.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
