Pleased to allw the Second Appeal by setting aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No. 8 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai dated 28/10/2016 by confirming the Judgment and decree in O.S.No. 151 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai, dated 19/12/2014.
