: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in connection with the petitioner's land situated in new Survey No.276/5, Kandadevi Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on petitioner representation dated 25.10.2016.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in connection with the petitioner's land situated in new Survey No.276/5, Kandadevi Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on petitioner representation dated 25.10.2016.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and one Vellaichamy. In this case the petitioner and one Vellaichamy have appeared before the fourth respondent herein and both the complaints were enquired by the fourth respondent and same were closed on 19.11.2020 and the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner and one Vellaichamy. W.P.(MD)No.20930 of 2016 petition has been filed only to escape from the clutches of law and nothing else. However, the fourth respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the counter party. As such, the fourth respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the counter party except any crime committed by the petitioner and the counter party.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
