PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the preliminary award dated 10.09.2015 and final award dated 15.04.2016 passed in I.D.No.50 of 2014, on the file of 1st Respondent herein / Labour Court confirming the dismissal order dated 11.02.2011 passed by 2nd Respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the 1/4

2nd respondent corporation to reinstate the Petitioner/Driver in the 2nd Respondent Corporation with all monetary benefits within the stipulated time.
