Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from displaying the List of History Sheeted Rowdy in History Sheet Nos.336/2013 and 335/2013 on the file of the second respondent. in both W.Ps:

These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking direction to the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from displaying the List of History Sheeted Rowdy in History Sheet Nos.336/2013 and 335/2013 on the file of the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in both the petitions the petitioner's name has already been removed from the History Sheet Nos.336/2013 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 335/2016 by the fourth respondent.
