2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the records. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 217 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to take the review application on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for final hearing in the usual course. During the pendency of the condone delay application, the review applicant died. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant is permitted to take steps to implead the legal representatives of the review applicant.
