PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Proc.No.9964/E2/2016-1, dated 24.10.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the first respondent to re-fix the seniority panel for promotion to the post of Inspector of Sericulture for the year 2016-2017 by placing the respondents 3 to 17 below the petitioner within the time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
