PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Special Court for trial Cases registered under Section SC/ST (POA) Act, Cases, Dindigul to consider the bail application of the same day of the Petitioner's surrender in respect of Crime No.382 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Court for trial Cases registered under Section SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Dindigul, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day of her surrender in Crime No.382 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.The learned Counsel for the third Respondent vehemently objects to the petition stating that the third Respondent's daughter was in love with the son of the Petitioner. Knowing fully well that the Petitioner had arranged marriage for her son, the daughter of the third Respondent went to the house of the Petitioner and objected to the same, for which the Petitioner is alleged to have scolded her in filthy language by mentioning her caste name. Therefore, she went and protested with the son of the Petitioner. The son of the Petitioner told the daughter of the third Respondent that he has to obey his mother. When the daughter of the third Respondent questioned the conduct of the son of the Petitioner, he told her to get lost. Thereafter, she went to her house and hanged herself.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there are 3 accused as per the FIR. The Petitioner is A3. The accused 1 and 2 were arrested on 11.10.2022. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with the following conditions:- i) The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Special Court for trial Cases registered under Section SC/ST (PoA) Act Cases, Dindigul, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the official web-site of this Court.

ii) On such surrender by the Petitioner, the learned Judge, Special Court for trial Cases registered under Section SC/ST (PoA) Act Cases, Dindigul, shall consider the bail application of the Petitioner and dispose of the same as per law.
