ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a mandamus directing the second respondent to provide monthly aid under the Physically Challenged Persons Aid Scheme.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more. He further submitted that the petitioner was provided with the monthly aid from 2016 onwards. The petitioner shifted his residence from Ilupayur Taluk to Viralimalai Taluk without informing the concerned Tahsildar and therefore, the amount could not be disbursed. With regard to payment of arrears, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no provision under the Scheme for payment of any arrears.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner is no more and that he was provided 2/4
with the aid from the year 2016 onwards, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Index :
