Seeking permission to install Vinayagar Idol at Arulmigu Pechiamman Temple premises situated in Ayyanarkulam, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District, on 26.08.2025 for worship and to immerse the same in the river, namely, Rama Nadhi at Kadayam on 31.08.2025, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. Mr. A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the third respondent and submits that the request of this petitioner has been rejected by the Sub Collector, Theni, by his order, dated 22.08.2025. 2/5

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Sub Collector, Tenkasi, dated 22.08.2025 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.With such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
