O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to Survey and demarcate four boundaries by planting survey stones in Survey No.406/26, to an extent of 0.2.00 Ares which is situated at Mudukulam Village, South Street, Kantharvakottai, Puthukottai District, by considering the online application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025.

According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by grandfather of the petitioner's husband, namely, Savarimuthu, through a registered sale deed dated 06.06.1983 and the patta for subject property stands in the name of the petitioner's husband namely, Arockiyaraj in Patta No.103. The petitioner filed an online application on 08.07.2025 in Application No.2025/N123/22/008126 seeking survey of the property. Since the same has not been considered, she has come before this Court. 2/5

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that application filed by the petitioner will be considered, in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other patadars.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
