2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to not press this contempt petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. In view of the above said submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
