ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and that the third respondent has issued summons to the writ petitioner for appearance but she has not turned up.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has not received any such summons from the third respondent.

5. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that though they have sent the summons through registered post, the same was returned as unserved.

6. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) shown in the writ petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2024 and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
