Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7588/2018/A6 dated 08.11.2018 and quash the same insofar as the property in S.F.No.206/4 and S.F.No.228/19 at Ellapatty Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District.
