ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 obtained an Engineering Degree on the basis of MBC certificate. He does not belong to MBC. Now, in an inquiry conducted, the Sub Collector has cancelled the MBC certificate of respondent No.3 on 10.01.2024. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner even inquiry is initiated on the basis of a complaint of another person against respondent No.3 by the Bar Council.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that respondent No.3 is in the process of filing an appeal against the order of Sub Collector, dated

10.01.2024. Respondent No.3 had a valid MBC certificate from the authority at the time of admission in the second respondent College and passed out from the respondent No.2 college in the year 1996.

4. The prayer in the Writ Petition is only seeking directions against the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2018 within a stipulated period.

5. Now as the enquiry is in progress and judicial proceedings are being undertaken with regard to the MBC certificate of respondent No.3, it will be open for the aggrieved person to agitate upon the conclusion of the said proceedings of the certificate.
