ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is underway. Since the enquiry is underway, the question of granting anticipatory bail at this stage may not arise. The petitioner shall appear before the Enquiry Officer during the course of enquiry, if any trouble arose out of the enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
