ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 29.02.2020, to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the letter given and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
