ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the 2nd respondent herein under the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) regulations for granting recognition for running B.Ed course in the petitioner college.

2. Though the petitioner has raised various grounds challenging the inspection notice, later, the recognition has been granted by the 1st respondent herein on 27.08.2020. Since already recognition has been granted to the writ petitioner college, the question of quashing the impugned inspection notice does not arise at this stage. 2/4

3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 02.12.2022 Index :
