This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.72 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 herein.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.72 of 2018 and also closed the same as 'Mistake of Fact ' on 12.01.2022 itself. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
