2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submit that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.9829 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024, a writ appeal has been filed in WA.(MD)No.442 of 2025 and the same is allowed in favour of the Transport Corporation, by judgment dated 20.08.2024.
