ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 27.01.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram vide the letter in D.No.1876 /2023 dated 09.11.2023, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.43 of 2013.

2. This Court has already disposed this Criminal Original Petition vide order dated 27.01.2022 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.43 of 2013, within a period of six months. Now the Court below requests further time of six months to dispose of the said case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 09.11.2023, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.43 of 2013 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court.
