The petitioner seeks a Mandamus forbearing Madurai Kamarajar University from granting qualification approval and respondent Nos.1 and 2 (i.e.,) Director and Joint Director of Collegiate Education from granting approval for appointment of R6 as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics of Devangar Arts College, Arupukottai.
2. Pending writ petition, learned counsel appearing for R6 submits that the qualification approval has been granted by R4 on 08.10.2018 and approval for appointment of R6 has been granted on 15.10.2018. A copy of the letter is placed on file.
3. Subject to receipt and verification of the same, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for R6, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
