ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BHASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.P.Krishnaveni,Advocate for the Respondents, this court made the following order:- When the matter came up for hearing today, it is informed that till date no maintenance has been paid by the respondent.

2.The petitioner before this Court has cleverly filed an application for modification on 19.10.2024 and the same is kept pending. 3.For properly not paying the maintenance and since no grounds to modify the order of this Court dated 17.12.2021 is made out, this petition is dismissed.
