O R D E R This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.11 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 342, 352 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.During the course of submissions, learned Counsel for the petitioner requested the Court that in case if a specific direction is given to complete the investigation in a time frame fixed by this Court, that will meet the ends of justice for the time being for the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to file the charge sheet within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
