ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the properties in S.F.No.228/1A and new S.F.No.677/16C situated at North Vellar Street, Pauspathi Kovil Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 05.03.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in response to the application submitted by the petitioner, the subject property was surveyed in the presence of the petitioner on 16.04.2025. She has also produced the acknowledgement signed by the petitioner, dated 16.04.2025.
