For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.449/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.449 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioner and other accused attacked the defacto complainant and caused greivous injuries. Hence, the compliant.

CRL OP(MD). No.18968 of 2022 offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that A2 and A3 already released on bail and seeks anticipatory bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the defacto complainant has sustained grievous injuries and he is still in hospital and he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that the injured is in still hospital and also considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
