ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on his complaint dated 09.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the complaint was closed based on the undertaking given by the third and fourth respondents that they would not disturb the possession of the petitioner until the land is surveyed and demarcated by the Surveyor.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
