Respondents in both the Writ Petitions COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Pani 4(3)/Pa.Ve.180/2015, dated 13.01.2016 on the file of the Respondent No.1 addressed to the Respondent No.2 and the consequential order in Na.Ka.A3/06/2015, dated 21.01.2016 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal to the extent of posting the Respondent No.4 as the Revenue Inspector in Karur District and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for posting as the Revenue Inspector in accordance with the seniority within the time stipulated that may be fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the matters are pertaining to the issue of fixing seniority. The prayer sought for by the petitioners are granted and the respondents have fixed the seniority to the petitioners. The submission is recorded.
