ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is preferred for a direction to direct the learned Sub Judge, Aruppukottai to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the whereabouts of the respondent wife is not known. In spite of several steps taken to serve notice on the respondent, the same remains un-served. However, the Trial Court without ordering for substituted service, delaying the process by repeatedly ordering for fresh notice to the respondent. Hence, considering the nature and circumstances of the case, it is prayed that this Court may direct the Trial Court to order for substituted service and to expedite the trial.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sub Judge, Aruppukottai is directed to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2024 and if it is found to be impossible to serve notice 2/4

on the respondent, the Trial Judge shall order for substituted service and expedite the trial and dispose the matter, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
