The petitioner has submitted a representation to cancel the patta which was granted by the revenue officials in favour of one Ponnaiah Konar and Rakku Yadav.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has filed this writ petition without arraying the private individuals against whom relief is sought for. He further submitted that based 2/4

on the representation submitted by the petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer has initiated enquiry and issued summons to all the parties and the enquiry is scheduled on 16.06.2023.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that an enquiry has already been initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer and summons have also been issued, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram, to conclude the enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
