Ref: High Court's Order dated 31/01/2022 in CRL OP (MD). No.20731 of 2018.

----------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.01.2022, this Court, on considering the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, that the records in Cr.M.P.No.571 of 2018 are yet to be traced out, directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli.

2.In pursuance of the same, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has submitted a report on 05.01.2022 stating that he has directed the concerned Magistrate to depute more staffs to trace out the records and also to continue the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the Magistrate Clerk.

3.Considering the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to trace out the records and submit a report before this Court on or before 18.02.2022. 4.Post the matter on 21.02.2022."
