ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offence punishable under sections 4(1)(aaa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.163 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.05.2023, on secret information received, the defacto complainant conducted raid, at that time, the petitioners were found in illegal possession of huge quantity of liquor bottles. Hence, the case. 3.Considering the huge quantity of liquor bottles, the above said petition was dismissed by the order dated 19.07.2023. Even though the petitioners are not having similar cases, considering the fact that huge quantity of liquor bottles have been recovered from the above said spot, I find no change of circumstance. This court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
