ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.545 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Since there was no representation for the past two hearings, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
